| 摘 要： | 随着教育体制改革的不断深入，越来越多的学生不断跨进高校，如何把他们塑成为适应社会主义现代化建设的新型人才，是当前各高校亟待解决的问题。本试就高校新生专业心理、专业态度加以分析和教育，以便使他们尽快形成稳定而健康的专业心理，树立明确的奋斗目标、早日成才。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reform of educational aystem,more and more students are enrolled into institutions of higher education.The most urgent problem to be solved at present is how to shape them into talented personnels of new type able to meet the construction of socialist modernization.This thesis is attempting to offer a critical analysis on the college freshmen's prevailing psychology and attitude toward their specialities,with a view to helping them develop a stable and healthy one and a specific goal for their college career so as to become qualified personnels at an easrly day. |
