| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着电子商务平台的蓬勃发展,民间借贷开始衍生出一种新的模式——P2P网络借贷,其中,以宜信模式为主的P2P网络借贷平台在网络借贷中已成为最主要的模式之一。进化博弈分析显示,健全的信用和法律体系对于P2P网络借贷尤为重要。加快P2P网贷平台建设,需建立起完善的监管制度和个人信用评价体系,强化网贷公司自身安全管理与风险控制,并在合理范围内适当提高网贷利率。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce platform, private lending began to derive a new model --P2Pnetwork lending. Among them, P2P network lending platform of Yixin model has become one of the most important modes. Evolutionary game analysis shows that a sound credit and legal system is particularly important for P2P networks lending. To accelerate the construction of the P2P network platform, we need to establish a sound regulatory system and personal credit evaluation system, strengthen the safety of net loan company management and risk control, and appropriately raise net lending interest rate in a reasonable scope. |
