| 摘 要： | 运用献资料法对足球强国荷兰的青少年足球训练体系进行深入分析，认为其良好的足球群众基础与完善的硬件设施是荷兰足球得以兴盛的保障；在人才梯队上注重职业足球与业余足球的有机衔接；在足球训练理念上，先进的TIC足球训练理念是其训练成功的关键。
