| 摘 要： | 知识共享和信息交流是联盟成功的关键因素．通过分析知识动态联盟中知识产权风险的表现，从动态联盟组织特性、知识特性及我国知识产权保护环境出发进行知识产权风险辨识，运用风险矩阵进行知识产权风险评估，并在风险辨识和评估的基础上构建风险防范的内生体系和外生体系，针对性地提出了控制防范知识产权风险的对策措施．

| Abstract: | Sharing the knowledge and resources with each other is the key factor for the success of dynamic alliances. With analyzing the phenomena of intellectual property risks in the knowledge-based dynamic alliance, it investigates the reasons of intellectual property risks from organizational forms, characteristics of knowledge and the whole IP protection environment. Risk matrix is used to assess the IP risks, and a risk prevention system consisted of endogenetic sector and exogenous sector was build, measures are put forward to controlling the intellectual property risks. |
