| Abstract: | The thesis applied the theories of psychological contract,features of experiment teacher work in colleges and universities,the problems existing in experiment teacher management in colleges and universities.It analyzed the necessity of the application of psychological contract in experiment teacher management in colleges and universities,it put forward ideas and strategies on contruction of good psychological contract in experiment teacher management in colleges and universities. |
