| 摘 要： | 全球化使我国西部少数民族地区中小学英语教育超越一般意义的学科教育，只有了解西部少数民族地区中小学英语教育的实际和东西部英语存在的差距和互补优势，探讨西部少数民族地区中小学英语教育的基本规律，才能确立发展的方向，优化内外环境，逐步提高西部少数民族地区中小学英语教育水平。

| Abstract: | English education in middle and primary schools in western ethnic minority regions goes beyond the education of normal subjects against the background of globalization.It is necessary to have,not only a clear understanding of the reality of English education in those schools,but also the gap as well as mutual aids in English education between eastern and western regions.Investigations of the basic rules of English education in those schools should be made to set up a goal for development,optimize internal and external environments,and gradually enhance English education level. |
