| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的发展,国际、国内著作权的立法有了进一步的发展,但也存在一定的不足,并对图书馆工作产生一定的影响。为此,国家要进一步完善我国的著作权法,建立著作权集体管理机构,图书馆要合理利用《著作权法》中的“法定许可”,加大对著作权的研究力度,增强馆员的著作权保护意识,以防止侵权行为的发生。

| Abstract: | With the development of science and technology,the legislation of international and domestic copyright has witnessed its development as well as inadequacy,which has exerted certain influence on library management.Thus our copyright should be further perfected and the collective management organization should be set up in our county.More research should be done on copyright with the "official permission" in Law of Copyright and librarian's protective awareness of copyright should be enhanced to prevent the occurrence of the infringement behavior. |
