| 摘 要： | 研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次,其管理水平直接影响到办学效率及效果.本文分析了高等学校中的研究生教育的现状,指出了在管理主体、客体、对象等方面存在的不足.根据管理学的相关理论基础,在管理理念、管理人员队伍建设和运行机制等方面提出了改进建议,认为研究生教育管理要根据研究生教育发展的规律,改变管理理念,在加强管理人员队伍建设和完善管理运行机制,建立健全激励机制上下功夫来促进研究生教育的发展.

| Abstract: | Graduate education is the highest level of higher education,its direct impact on the management level of efficiency and effectiveness to the school.This paper analyses the College of Graduate Education in the status quo,pointing out that in the management of the subject,object,object,and so there are deficiencies.According to the theory of management,based on the management philosophy,management personnel and operational mechanism,and other areas made recommendations to improve that graduate education management according to the law of the development of graduate education,change management philosophy,in strengthening the management team building and perfection management of operational mechanism,establish and improve the incentive mechanism to make efforts to promote the development of graduate education. |
