| Abstract: | The improvement of the coaches' competence level has become the principal way to improve the scientific training level in competitive sport all over the world. In order that the Chinese competitive sport workers have a comprehensive understanding of the researches on the coaches' competence structure, the research results of the scholars at home and abroad on the above problem in the fields of psychology, science of exercise training and administration were summarized. |
