| Abstract: | The root of the Soviet Union and East Europe upheaval is having changed qualitatively of the party in power and corruptness within it . It must bring us adverse influence. We only uphold punishing corruptness and are able to prevent the similar tragedy of the Soviet Union and East Europe upheaval in our country. |
