民族地区大三学生就业压力源因素分析及对策

摘    要:通过自编大学生就业压力源问卷,对广西区大三学生进行调查,对所收集到的数据运用因素分析探讨了民族地区大三学生的就业压力主要来源。结果表明:广西区大三学生总的就业压力感处于中等水平,就业压力源由社会环境因素、知识与能力素质因素、就业期望值因素、专业因素、家庭和社会关系因素、职业规划因素六部分组成。此外,少数民族学生感受到的就业压力显著高于汉族学生。

Abstract:The employment stress questionnaires were employed to investigate the juniors in Guangxi,and factor analysis was used to explore the source of juniors'employment stress.The results show that the employment stress comes from such six factors as the social conditions,knowledge and ability, employment expectations,speciality,family and social relations as well as career planning.Furthermore,minority students'stress is higher than that of the Han students.
