| 摘 要： | 本文从经济全球化下对我国劳动关系的影响出发，借鉴美国政府在劳动关系中的角色作用，对我国政府在劳动关系中的角色定位从五个方面进行了探讨：劳动者权利的保护者、劳动规则的监察者、社会对话的促进者和参加者、劳动争议的调解者和裁判者、人力资源的规划者。
