| Abstract: | This article analyzes the major problems that influence the quality of the postgraduate dissertations from three perspectives, which are postgraduate students, tutors, and process management. The concrete countermeasures are given on improving the quality of the postgraduate dissertations from five perspectives, which are postgraduate enrolling ＆ training, construction of the tutor team, process management of the dissertation, establishing motivate ＆ elimination mechanism, and quality control ＆ evaluation of dissertation. |
