人力资源管理者胜任特征、自我效能感与绩效的关系研究

摘    要:探讨自我效能感对胜任特征和绩效的影响是否起着调节变量。在文献分析法和问卷调查法的基础上,对253名人力资源管理者进行了调查研究,运用中介效应模型分析得出胜任特征对绩效的影响显著;自我效能感对绩效的影响不显著;自我效能感作为中介变量,对胜任特征和绩效的影响显著。

Abstract:This research will discuss the influence of self-efficacy on competency and performance, whether plays a moderating variable. On the basis of the literature analysis method and the questionnaire survey method, that 253 human resource managers were investigated, using the mediated effect model analysis showed that the competency s influence on performance significantly; self-efficacy impact on performance is not significant; self-efficacy as a mediator, on competency and performance influence.
