| 摘 要： | 普通本科院校举办高等职业教育并非普遍具有优势,相反,会自觉不自觉地使普通本科学科教育与高等职业教育同构化,从而偏离高等职业教育方向.从高等教育体系的形成与发展过程来看,高等院校的分化是历史与内在逻辑的必然.因此,应实事求是地根据学校的层次和专业性质予以遴选,允许地方性（教学型）普通本科院校中一些职业针对性较强且该方面人才又为社会大量需求的专业举办高等职业教育,同时要控制数量规模.这应是我国高等教育改革和发展的目标之一.

| Abstract: | Not all undergraduate colleges have advantages in conducting vocational education; on the contrary, they would consciously or unconsciously make the structure of the subject education in undergraduate colleges the same as that of higher vocational education, which diverts the direction of vocational education. In the process of formation and development of higher education, the polarization in colleges and universities is necessary in its history and logic. Therefore, it should be truthfully filtrated according to the college level and professional property, only the pertinent and urgently needed majors in local undergraduate universities and colleges (educational) to be allowed to conduct higher vocational education, and the number and scale to be strictly controlled. This is one of the goals in the reform and development of Chinese higher education. |
