学生评教权的法律分析

摘    要:学生评教权来源于学习权,是一种自由权、可选择性权利、专属权利和私权。教师教学自由权相对于学生评教权享有优先权。学生评教可看作是学术权力和行政权力的拓展,但不能作为人事决策的依据。为了规范和保护学生评教权,应该教育学生明确评教的目的,客观评教,让教师真正有效地参与评教全过程,学校要尊重学生的评教权利并正确使用评教结果。
