摘    要:以杜威和萧恩的反思教学观点为基础,从教师反思对教学实践影响的角度,构建英语教师在入职资格、教育背景、教学对象、学术环境、科研经历等方面存在差异的情况下,通过反思教学实践,实现因材施教,真正把“反思”与“行动”结合起来,更新教学观念、提高教学和管理效率,切实提高英语教学质量。

Abstract:On the basis of Teacher' s Reflections proposed by Dewey, together with Schon's perspectives, the teaching situations were established through teaching practice of the teacher' s self - examination and their different qualification, educationl background, and research experience as well. The objective is that the teaching concept and efficiency of management are respectively improved for the quality of English teaching.
