摘    要:从系统科学思想的独特视角,将人力资源开发看作是一个由开发理念、开发主体、开发对象、开发方式、开发方法、开发内容和开发目标等七大要素组成的系统整体,结合当今时代的背景和组织内外环境条件对人力资源开发的要求,全面深入地探讨和分析了人力资源开发系统的各个要素.
