| 摘 要： | 以《中国期刊全文数据库》（CNKI）为统计源，利用文献计量学的方法对统计出的1994-2009年的馆员素质文献进行分析。通过回归分析，揭示出馆员素质研究文献呈逻辑增长的规律，当前馆员素质研究文献处在文献增长的第三阶段，即缓熳增长阶段；通过对主题的统计分析，归纳出相关论文主要从馆员素质综论、各类型馆员素质研究和馆员素质实证研究三大方面进行了探讨，并指出这三大方面文献的发展趋势以及研究过程中的一些问题，以期对今后的研究提供一些参考意义。
