| 摘 要： | 终身学习是培养高素质人才的重要途径，提高个人的素质，是提升文化软实力的重要内涵。文章通过对社会公众信息需求状况调研的统计分析，论述了高校图书馆作为公众终身学习场所在资源、网络、人才方面的优势，提出了高校图书馆公众服务的策略。

| Abstract: | Lifelong learning is an important channel to cultivate the high-quality personnel,to promote the personal quality of entire people and to enhance the cultural soft power.Through the investigation and analysis of the information needs of the public,the article expounds the advantages of university libraries in resources,network,talented personnel,etc.as an ideal place for lifelong learning.Some service tactics of university libraries are also presented in the article. |
