| 摘 要： | 长期以来,由于农村居民收入增长缓慢,特别是西部地区农民收入水平低,从而极大地制约了西部地区农村消费市场的发展,也直接影响到西部地区农村居民生活水平的提高以及整个社会经济的发展。因此,如何解决我国西部地区农村居民消费需求不足,以及如何开拓西部地区农村市场,挖掘消费的潜在需求,带动经济增长,成为要解决的重要问题。

| Abstract: | For a long time, the income of the rural residents increases slowly, especially in western region, which heavily restricts the development of rural consumer markets and affects rural residents' standard of living in the vast of western region and the development of the whole socity. Therefore, we should solve these problems to accelerate the economy, such as how to deal with the shortages of rural residents' consumer demands in western region, and exploiting rural markets, as well as digging potential demands of consumption. |
