摘    要:用硝酸-高氯酸(4:1)对香丹注射液进行消化处理,采用原子吸收光谱法测定了铜、锰、锌、铁四种人体必须的微量元素,为临床药物使用提供数据依据.

Abstract:In the process of Xiangdan injection with 4 : 1 ratio of nitric acid and perchloric acid, FAAS method is applied to the determination of 4 trace elements (Cu,Fe,Zn,Mni in XIANGDAN injection, which can be used as the data of clinical drugs.
