| 摘 要： | 建国以来,我国的体育事业取得了重大进步,但是当前我国的体育行政管理体系仍然存在许多弊端,主要表现在:思想观念落后;体育经费来源有限;政府主导,忽视了社会组织的作用。为了适应当前市场经济的发展和公众对体育的需求,我国创新体育行政管理体系的理论依据,给出了打造服务基层的行政管理体系的措施。主要有:积极转变观念,加强服务意识;为社会提供一个人人都要遵守的体育制度框架和模式;坚持优少小的机构建制原则。

| Abstract: | Since the founding of the PRC,sports in China has made great progress.However,there are still many drawbacks of sports administration system in China including backward ideas,limited sports funds,government-oriented,and ignore the role of social organizations.In order to adapt to the current development of the market economy and the public demand for sports,this paper provide the theoretical basis for our sports administrative system innovation,and build an administrative system serving the grassroots including positive change idea,strengthen the service consciousness,provide sports system framework and model for the society that everyone must abide by,and adhere to the principle of organization and small. |
