| 摘 要： | 本文基于社会网络理论,以2011-2017年A股上市公司为样本,实证检验了企业嵌入独立董事网络与多元化战略的关系,并探讨了环境不确定性和冗余资源的调节作用。研究发现,网络中心度和结构洞丰富度均与多元化程度呈正相关关系；环境不确定性和冗余资源均正向调节网络位置与多元化程度之间的关系；而环境不确定性和冗余资源的交互项负向调节网络位置与多元化程度之间的关系。在排除各种可能存在的内生性问题后,以上结论依然成立。研究结论丰富了社会网络领域的文献,对于企业在高度不确定的市场环境下实现多元化经营具有一定启示。

| Abstract: | Based on social network theory, this paper uses A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2017 as the research sample to empirically test the relationship between companies embedding an independent director network and diversification strategies, and discusses the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty and slack resources. We found that both network centrality and structural hole abundance are positively correlated with the degree of diversification; environmental uncertainty and slack resources both positively regulate the relationship between network location and degree of diversification; while the interaction between environmental uncertainty and slack resources negatively regulates the relationship between network location and the degree of diversification. After excluding various possible endogenous problems, the conclusion is still vaild. The conclusions have enriched the literature in the field of social network and have certain implications for companies to achieve diversified operations in a highly uncertain market environment. |
