| 摘 要： | 文章分析指出了电子商务的主要商业模式是BtoB，其未来趋势呈现出：综合性和专业性的两种走向，从综合商到专类商的趋向，向上游市场拓展的趋向，柔性化、小型化、扁平化的组织趋向。并就如何发展我国电子商务提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This article analyses and points out that the most common trade mode of the E-commerce is B to B .It shows two tendencies in the future : general way and professional way. It shows the transition tendency from general provider to professional provider ,tendency of expanding upward market ,the organization tendency of flexibility、 miniaturization and flat. The countermeasures of the development of the E-commerce in our country are discussed in the end of the article. |
