摘    要:为了解决知识服务业中企业对于项目计划经常无法保证交货期的问题,对于知识生产的产能需求的度量作了一定的探索,提出了基于CBR理论和BP神经网络的知识生产的产能需求估算模型,根据相似项目应用BP神经网络获取实例项目的工时规律,从而预测出当前知识产品的产能需求,为下一步作知识产能的产能规划提供一定的支持。

Abstract:To solve the problem that knowledge-based service industry cannot deliver goods on time,the thesis focus on how to measure knowledge production capacity and on providing a capacity estimation model based on CBR theory and BP neural network.This model can forcast current knowledge production demand and support the capacity planning for the next step according to the man-hour rule of project case obtained by using similar project that apply BP neural network.
