碳纳米管修饰电极对多巴胺的电催化

摘    要:制备了羧基化多壁破纳米管修饰电极.考察了该电极在PH=5.4的0.2mol/L的KH2PO4-Na2HPO4磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的电化学行为.结果显示该电极对其电极上的反应具有明显的促进作用并对生物分子多巴胺具有明豆电催化作用.

Abstract:The Multi--wall carbon nanotubes functionlized with carboxylic group modified electrode has been pre- pared and the electrochemical behavior of electrode was characterized in a medium of KH2 PO4- Na2 HPO4 buffer solution with PHi5.4. Results shows the electrode obviously promotes electron transfer rate occurring at the electrode surface and stable electrocatalytic to the oxidation dopamine.
