| 摘 要： | 针对膝关节半月板损伤用传统推拿方法治疗疗效不理想，笔者改良传统推拿方法，采用动态定位推拿法疗效满意。该方法将半月板损伤分为前角损伤，后角损伤和体部或边缘损伤三型，手法根据膝关节在动态状态下半月板所处的不同位置而施，针对性强，重点部位突出，使手法针对病所，手法作用力深透损伤部位，以利损伤修复。

| Abstract: | It has not a perfect therapeutic effect treating the injury of meniscus with the traditional massagr method. we reform it and reach a good therapeutic effect with the massage under dynamic location. This method divides the injury of meniscus into the injury of anterior tip,the injurt of posterior tip and the injury of body or margin. we do massaseage according to the different position of meniscus under the dynamic state, so that the important position is emphasizedand concentrated. we can make the force of massage penetrate the injured part. and let the injured soft tissues recover. |
