| 摘 要： | 随着新世纪的到来,一个以推行素质教育,实施“新课标”为中心的基础音乐教育改革不断深入,新的教育理念给中小学教育带来了一片生机。然而,作为培养基础音乐教育人才的高师艺术教育,与此形势很不协调,在教育教学等方面存在着许多不足。因此,必须彻底更新观念,通过对培养目标、教学内容、方法等方面的改革,迅速与基础音乐教育接轨,以适应基础教育改革的形势,促进基础音乐教育的发展。

| Abstract: | With the arrival of the new century,to promote a quality education,the implementation of the "New curriculum standards" for the music education centre based in-depth,new educational concepts to primary and secondary education has brought a vitality.However,as a basis for music education professionals high division music education,and this situation is coordination in the areas of education there are many deficiencies.Therefore,we must thoroughly updated concept through to training objectives,teaching content and methods of reform,and rapid integration of basic music education to meet the basic education situation,the basis for the development of music education. |
