| 摘 要： | 老舍的小说作品一直致力于对中国传统文化和国民特质的审视与剖析，认为在所有民族病症中，“官本位”的思想对人们的心灵腐蚀最厉害，为此他塑造了许多反面人物，来鞭笞这种“官本位”思想。同时，他也认为“官本位”的观念严重地阻滞现代化的进程，从救国的立场出发，主张打破官迷，把精力用于科技和实业，因此塑造了一些深受西方激进思想文化浸染的新人物，以此表明自己对“官本位”思想的鲜明态度。

| Abstract: | Lao She turned his hand to surveying and taking apart the Chinese traditional culture and the idiosyncrasy of the nation among his novels. He thought that the worst national illness was the idea that being an official was a matter of the utmost importance in one's life. In order to animadvert on this idea, Lao She had portrayed some negative heroes in his novels. At the same time, Lao She thought that this idea badly held back the process of modernization. So he claimed that we should build our nation with the science and technology and the industry, rather than be addicted to being an official. |
