| 摘 要： | 人格是做人的最基本条件 ,人格的产生或消灭必将导致人格权的享有和丧失。具有独立法律地位的个人或组织的“人格权神圣不可侵犯” ,充分体现了我国人权保护的真实内容。必须依法认定人格侵权的违法行为 ;凡构成人格侵害民事责任的 ,必须依法追究民事责任 ,并赔偿经济损失

| Abstract: | Human dignity is the most essential condition of being a person.Appearance or perishing of human dignity will certainly lead to enjoying or losing human dignity rights.The stipulation that human dignity rights of a person or an organization which has the independent status in law are sacred and inviolable fully embodies the real content of protecting human rights in our country.We must define the illegal act of tort on human dignity according to law and all persons or organizations whose act has constituted civil liability of infringing upon human dignity rights must pay compensation according to law. |
