| 摘 要： | “后执政”是中国共产党前执政、执政到执政后历史和逻辑的统一。是后现代化的一种战略眼光和前瞻思维;它不是对“党执政”的否定和弱化。而是承继中的超越、升华中的结晶。“后执政”意昧着执政兴国、执政为民、依法执政、党政分工。它具有继承性和超前性、工具性和权威性统一的显性特征,带有执政理念转型和党的建设、政治明建设日益凸显的隐性意义。

| Abstract: | Post-administration"is not only the consistency of CPC history with logic from pre-power to power and post-power,but also a kind of the strategic sight and superthinking in the post-modernization. It isn't a deny and weakening of "ruled by CPC", but a transcendence in the inheritance and a crystal in the distillation. It means the administration for country ,the administration for the people, ruling by law,dividing labour of the party with the government. Its obvious feature is the unity of inheriting and leading,instrument and authority. Its hidden sense is the construction of the party and political civilization which is more and more apparent. |
