| 摘 要： | 远程教育的日益普及，使得人们越来越关注远程教育的质量，而教师的远程教学技能成为其中的一个重要影响因素。在众多的远程教师培训中都涉及远程教学技能培训，但国内外对远程教学技能的研究较少，也不系统，这无疑对开展远程教学技能培训造成障碍。基于此，笔者通过分析国内外文献，由传统课堂教学技能入手，结合远程教学本身的特点和国内外对远程教学技能的相关研究，得出远程教学技能的基本认识并梳理远程教学技能的构成要素，以期为远程教学技能培训提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the development of distance education,there has been a growing concern over its quality,which is largely determined by teachers’ skills.Though these have been integrated into many distance teachers’ training programs,less systematic researches have paid attention to them home and abroad,which would undoubtedly constitute an obstacle holding back distance education development.Viewing the above,this paper firstly analyzes relevant literatures,then summarizes some findings,and finally,in comparison with traditional classroom teaching skills,and in light of distance teaching characteristics,the paper deconstructs the distance teaching skills,in the hope that this paper could provide some insights to distance teachers training,so as to improve the overall quality of distance education. |
