| 摘 要： | 泛在图书馆是“无所不在”的图书馆，是未来图书馆存在的重要型态和发展模式。以人为中心、高度智能化、无所不在性是泛在图书馆的重要特征。泛在图书馆发展应用体系构建策略涉及四个方面。发展定位、标准规范、人机交互技术应用、发展体制与环境是影响泛在图书馆发展应用的关键性问题。

| Abstract: | Ubiquitous library means “omnipresent” library and will be the essential pattern of library development in the future. People oriented，highly intellectualized and omnipresent should be the essential features of ubiquitous library. Ubiquitous library’s construction lies on four factors.Development positioning, standards & specification, human computer interaction technology application and development of social system and environment are several issues that must be resolved in constructing ubiquitous libraries. |
