| 摘 要： | 具备一定的知识并等于具有相应的素养。只有通过内化和融合，并真正对思想意识、思维方式、处事原则、行为习惯等产生影响，才能上升为某种素养。一个人的法律素养如何，是通过其掌握、运用法律知识的技能及其法律意识表现出来的。现如今，法制教育模式亟待改革，高校应从教育观念、教学内容和教学方法、手段上去改革。
