| Abstract: | As an important bearer of information economy, digital library has four main functions, namely, preserving digital information, developing social education , exploiting information resources and providing information services. To further improve the system, fully develop its function and to make digital library an information treasury, life-time classroom, information processing as well as transmitting centre will exert great effects upon our economic development. |
