| 摘 要： | 介绍杏鲍菇对培殖环境的要求及其经济价值;探讨制约杏鲍菇周年生产、影响品质和无法获得最佳生物学效率的因由。提出采用人工办法创设杏鲍菇生长的最佳条件,可克服因季节变化而带来的气温与相对湿度等因素的不稳定性,实现杏鲍菇的周年生产。

| Abstract: | Introducing the environmental conditions for cultivating Pleurotus eryngii and its economic value, this essay explores the causes that limit the annual production of Pleurotus eryngii and affect its quality, making it unable to get the best biological results. The artificial way that is used to create the best condition for the growth of Pleurotus eryngii can overcome the instability of temperature and relative humidity produced because of the variation of the seasons so that its annual production can be realized. |
