| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种新颖的跨导放大器结构，利用有源负载的正反馈作用提高跨导和开环电压增益。采用推挽输出结构提高输出电压范围，获得高的压摆率。采用标准0．6μnCMOS工艺，经HSPICE仿真验证，所设计的OTA电路具有较高的稳定性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a novel Enhanced Transconductance OTA circuit with the positive feedback is proposed. A Class AB output stage is implanted to improve the output swing and slew rate. Based on the standard 0.6μm CMOS technology, the HSPICE simulation results show that the circuit has a good stability. |
