| 摘 要： | 人际交往和人际关系问题是影响大学生心理健康的重要因素，提高人际交往的能力和水平是大学生心理健康教育的重要内容。人际交往中，人际冲突是一种常见的社会现象，大学生如果不能正确认识和合理应对人际冲突，势必对个体心理健康和人际交往造成一定的负面影响。新形势下高校应该重视和加强对大学生的冲突教育，提高大学生人际交往能力和心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | Interpersonal communication and relation are the main factors that influence college students' mental health. Improving the interpersonal communicative capacity for college students is an important task for mental health education. Conflict is one of the social interactions that occurs frequently in daily life. It is a crucial problem for college students to understand conflict correctly and settle it effectively. This paper emphasizes the importance of conflict education for college students. Meanwhile, the ways to conflict education are suggested as the reference for educators and counselors, which will be meaningful for college students to develop their communication abilities and improve their mental health level. |
