| 摘 要： | 中共十六大以来,中共中央从发展社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义政治文明、构建社会主义和谐社会的战略高度,就中国人权事业的建设与发展提出了一系列新理念、新原则、新制度和新举措,中国的人权状况持续优化,人权的保障水平稳步提升。在改革、发展、稳定的基础上,中国共产党着力推进人权事业,国家的综合国力持续提升,人民生活水平不断提高,中国的人权事业取得了巨大成就。

| Abstract: | Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC,from a strategic perspective of developing socialist democratic politics and building socialism politics civilization and harmonious society,the CPC Central Committee has put forward a series of new ideas,new principles,new systems and new initiatives considering the development of Chinese human rights.The human rights in China have been safeguarded with a continuous and steady development.On the basis of reform,development and stability,the CPC efforts to promote the cause of human rights,so that the overall national strength continues to improve,the people’s living standards continue to develop,and the cause of human rights in China has made great achievements. |
