| 摘 要： | 对体育课增强体质、体育课融合健康教育、体育课实施模块教学、体育课适宜性教材确定、体育课准确性教学目标设置等困扰体育课程改革的问题进行分析，建议通过加强研究完善体育课程与教学理论、创造条件为顺利实施课改保驾护航、开辟第二课堂有效促进体质健康水平等策略突破体育课改中遇到的难题。
