摘    要:本文从资金、人员、对象、方法等角度介绍2001年美国企业整体的培训状况,通过数据分析说明美国企业培训的变化趋势。结合我国国有企业培训薄弱的状况。借鉴美国企业培训的做法,指出我国国有企业建立与现代企业制度相适应的培训体系的努力方向。

Abstract:This article demonstrates the overall trends of training in American enterprises with detailed data in 2001, including its finance, involved persons (organizer, deliver and trainee), and the training methods. The authors suggest Chinese state-controlled enterprises should attach importance to training their employees and establish its training system.
