论学校德育的人性化

摘    要:当前我国学校德育效果欠佳,究其原因,主要是在德育过程中忽视学生的主体地位;在德育方法上,一味讲求单向灌输;在德育内容上,与学生生活相脱离。教育的最终日的是实现对人生命价值的关怀,使人幸福。因此,人性化是学校德育的最终趋势。德育的人性化体现了现代德育精神,它符合人的本性,也符合德育的本性。所以,学校德育要加强主体性,更新方法,使德育回归学生生活,从而把学生培养成身心和谐发展的一代新人。

Abstract:At present, there is an ill effect in moral education in schools, the reason of which lies in that students' position as the mainstay is largely neglected in the process of moral education; moral education takes a one-way cramming method and the content of moral education is divorced from their realities. The ultimate task of education is to show solicitude for the value of human life and make them happy. So humanization is the consequent tendency in the moral education in schools whose humanization embodies the spirit of modern moral education commensurate with the human nature and the nature of moral education. Henceforth, moral education in schools should strengthen the idea with students as the mainstay and improve the method so as to make it corresponding to students' life and make them into a new generation with a harmonic development in body and mind.
