| 摘 要： | 以血清肌酸激酶（cK）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、心率（HR）、肺活量（vc）为生理生化指标，对篮球运动员在篮球比赛前后所出现的一系列变化做测定，结果发现：血清CK酶活性均有所升高；LDH酶活性随着比赛的进行呈现增加趋势，且赛后即刻达到最高值；心率在比赛结束后即刻，也出现了最大化现象；肺活量反而最低。表明所选定生理生化指标可以对比赛过程中的运动量、强度以及赛后的恢复等情况做出科学的评定，而且生理生化指标联合运用使运动训练或比赛的监控更具有可靠性。

| Abstract: | Taking serum CK.LDH,heart rate.vital capacity as the physiological and biochemical index,to determine a series of changes of the basketball player which occurred before.in and after the match, there are the result： The enzymes activity of CK has elevated; the enzymes activity of serum LDH presented the increase tendency along with the match, and achieved the maximum after the match instantly; the heart rate appeared the maximized phenomenon after the com- petition instantly; but, the vital capacity was lowest instead. Which indicate that the physiological biochemistry index which selected can make the scientific evaluation of the situation such as exercise load and exercise intensity in the match and recovery after the match, and union utilization of the physiological and biochemistry index can make the monitoring more reliability of sport training and match. |
