| 摘 要： | 新形势下的高校思想政治工作必须进行创新。这是全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的必然要求,是高校思想政治工作面临的新变化所决定的。高校思想政治工作创新是一项复杂的系统工程,有许多制约因素。要实现创新,就要在五个“新”字上做文章,即观念要有新转变、内容要有新充实、方法要有新改进、队伍要有新提高、制度措施要有新突破。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work in colleges and universities must be innovated in the new situa-tion.This is the inevitable requirement of implement the important thought of Three Represents in an all-round way and is also decided by the new changes which they are faced with.Although innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is a complicated systematic project and has many restricting factors,making innovation embodies five aspects to be made an issue of,including new transformation in mentality,new filling in content,new improvement in method,new promotion in per-sonnel and new breakthrough in regulation and countermeasure. |
