| 摘 要： | 当今的社会时代、大学生中存在的问题、教育的真谛、大学的本质、使人生走向成功、提升人格的魅力都要求大学教育重视和加强人格教育。在大学,有效的人格导向应是教师的学术人格、教学人格、管理人格、伦理人格。如果我们大学教师能积极地建设自我、读懂学生、简约管理、实际帮助、珍言关怀,我们就能够逐渐建设起学生的人格大厦。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the request of era,problems of college students,educational truth,college essence,successful power,personality charm all show that the college education should attach importance to and intensify the personality education.At university,effective personality guides should be faculties' academic personality,teaching personality,admonition personality,ethical personality.If faculties can actively construct ego,understand students,simply administer students,actually help students,care for students with good say,we can gradually build their personality edifice. |
