| 摘 要： | 随着教育规模的不断扩大，政府对高校的投入远远不能满足高校的发展需要，许多高校通过各种渠道筹集资金来解决学校的资金短缺问题，高等教育事业中凸显的债务问题也越来越严重。文章分析了高债务风险对高校的影响，提出了有效防范高校债务风险的措施。
