| 摘 要： | 随着高校经管类专业实践教学的发展,实践教学内容已打破课程和专业的局限,参与实践教学的主体不断扩充,形成了一个相互联系的知识系统,体现出实践教学的系统化特征。显然,探索与研究集综合素质、能力与评测为一体的实践教学新模式正在成为经管类专业实践教学的突破口。文章通过对经管类专业实践教学一体化模式培养体系构建的论述,深入探讨其模式的结构、特点和运行要求,提出搭建集教学、管理和隐性测评为一体的经管类专业实践教学模式将在培养高素质应用型人才方面起到其他路径无法取代的独特作用,真正助力人才培养模式的深化改革,更好地推进和完善实践教学课程体系的延伸,改革实践教学方法和手段,创新高校经管类人才的培养模式。

| Abstract: | With the development of professional practice teaching of economics and management in universities,the limitation in curriculum and major has been wiped out by the content of practice teaching. Because of the continuous expansion of the participation subject,an interrelated knowledge system has been developed,revealing the systematic characteristics of practice teaching. Apparently,exploring a new mode of practice teaching,research ability and the evaluation of comprehensive quality has become a breakthrough in professional practice teaching for specialty of economics and management. Through the exposition of the system construction of professional practice teaching with integrated model,this essay will investigate the mode structure,characteristics and operational requirements in detail,proposing to build up a set of teaching,management and evaluation of the recessive administered practice teaching mode,which will play a unique role in fostering high- quality talents. Furthermore,it will promote and improve the practice of teaching curriculum system extension,reform practice teaching methods and create the training model of innovative talents in universities. |
