| 摘 要： | 当前示范性高职院校存在辅导员社会实践经历不足、自身专业与所带学生专业不一致、政治和经济地位不高、工作职能过多等问题,直接影响着自身的成长、辅导员队伍的稳定和示范院校建设.因此必须丰富辅导员社会实践经历、分配工作时考虑其专业一致性、提高辅导员政治和社会待遇和明确界定辅导员的工作职责.
