| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了软式排球运动在我国开展的现状 ,论述了它的易学性、可参与性、健身性等特点 ,强调了它在全民健身运动中的重要作用。同时提出软式排球运动的一些不足之处和改进措施 ,为软式排球运动的可持续发展提供一定的参考依据。
